  • Received certification from the Organic Certification Center of the Philippines (OCCP) for being the first and largest organic farm in the country
2009
  • Received certification from the Philippine Department of Agriculture for Good Agricultural Practices (GAP)
2010
  • Herbal Material Pre-processing Capacity and Irrigation Facilities were expanded
  • Pilot designs for processing machineries were innovated on and improved to increase processing capacities
  • 5S System and Total Quality Management were institutionalized
  • Conducted training and empowerment programs for small farmers, CARP recipients and indigenous tribes
  • Set up quality control laboratory to test quality parameters
  • Farm Tour Program was developed
2011
  • Nominee, The Nestle Prize in Creating Shared Value
  • Expansion of vegetable operations to SM Supermarket Branches (MegaMall, Makati and Pampanga)
  • Developed a new herbal propagation area, constructed four bamboo cottages and water reservoir
  • Constructed Jeremiah Hall as a venue for Monday Morning devotions, training venue and presentation area for farm tours
  • Planted 120,000 Lagundi seedlings at Sierra Madre foothills, covering approximately 120 hectares of denuded forest
  • Awardee, Department of Agriculture – BAFPS National Quality Seal Certification
2012
  • Incorporation of LAC to PascualLab’s Group of Companies
  • Nominee, DENR’s Best Practices for Climate Change Adaptation
2014
  • Received Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Certification from FDA
2015
  • Commercial production of high value vegetables
  • Revival of Ampalaya and Malunggay production
2016
  • Passed Department of Tourism’s Agri Tourism Assessment
  • Philippine Statistics Authority awarded LAC as one of its best partner establishments at the 2015 Annual Survey of Philippine Business and Industry (ASPBI)
  • Inauguration of LAC’s Organic Store and Executive House
  • Nominee, Villar Sipag Awards
